A DFY (Done For You) solution. While DMR Accounting offers bookkeeping services, that is not what this program is about.
A program for bookkeepers and financial staff. If you are in need of this kind of service, Deidra provides training for organizations. Please schedule an "Are We a Fit?" meeting to discuss your options. However, this YES! program is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

1. ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

This is to support you in creating a regular rhythm in your bookkeeping and give you the timely financial reports needed to be the best leader in your business. Sessions provide a structure that helps you avoid the dreaded procrastination bug!

Scheduling & Cancellations:

At each meeting, we will schedule your next session to keep you on track (and give you first dibs at my calendar). I understand that schedules can change, and rescheduling is simple if:

You do so using your original appointment email link. It’s super easy to re-schedule appointments using my automated appointment scheduler!

You cancel with more than 3 business days notice.
Please note a $200 administration fee will apply to appointments cancelled less than 3 days in advance.
Important: It is YOUR responsibility to reschedule a session before the end of the program period.

My calendar fills up weeks and months in advance. While I will work with you to get your session in, I cannot guarantee availability at the end of each quarter.

Instead, I invite you to come as you are with whatever preparation work you have done, rather than skipping a scheduled meeting! I’m here to help keep you on track and will never judge you. This is a safe zone designed to help you throughout the year!
Sessions are NOT transferable from one period to the next.

2. MONTHLY OFFICE HOUR CALLS

Office hour calls are a time for you to ask your accounting and finance-related questions in a safe and confidential environment. You’ll be surprised by how much you can learn from other people’s questions! And of course, we will celebrate your successes!
These calls are regularly scheduled on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 10:30 – 11:30 am Central Time.

3. PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP FOR ENTREPRENEUR COMMUNITY

As a member of the YES! Program, you are also eligible for our private Facebook community. After signing up, you will receive an invitation to the group. Please use this space for additional support and staying connected throughout the year.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For your convenience, we accept ACH bank transfers, eCheck, and credit cards. A service charge of 3.4% is applied when using credit cards for payment. Clients may avoid additional fees by paying with ACH bank transfer or eCheck.

We accept: Prorated payments are available based on your start date. Thereafter, payments for the YES! Program will be processed on the first day of each month.
